About the Role: Mercor is hiring experienced Financial Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated financial management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in overseeing accounting, banking, credit, and financial planning activities across branches, offices, or departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and other financial management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
  • Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on financial soundness, regulatory compliance, and analytical rigor.
  • Review financial scenarios involving cash flow oversight, budgeting, pricing decisions, and financial reporting and provide expert feedback.

  • Referral bonus: up to $440 per successful referral.
