About the Role: We're hiring Quality Analysts on a contract basis to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data. You'll play a key role in reviewing outputs, flagging issues, and helping us maintain a high bar for quality across projects.

Key responsibilities

  • What You'll Do:
  • Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them clearly.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders.
  • Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends.
  • Help refine and improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones.
