Role Title: Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Counselor Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote (US-based) Time Commitment: 10-20 hours/week, short-term project micro1 is looking for Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Counselors to help evaluate and improve AI systems on government services topics. You'll use your Spanish fluency and benefits experience to check that questions sound like real Spanish-speaking residents and that answers are correct, clear, and useful. Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Scope of Work:
  • Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don't sound like what real people ask.
  • Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer in your area of expertise (Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans, or National Parks).
  • Evaluate AI-generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, mistranslations, and wording that is unclear or unnatural.
  • Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
