micro1 is engaging experienced Rates traders to participate in a project supporting a leading investment bank's algorithmic trading desk. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key responsibilities
- Scope of Work:
- Evaluate AI-generated trading strategies for rates products, providing feedback based on your professional experience and knowledge of real market dynamics.
- Assess the realism and market viability of AI outputs related to interest rate swaps, swaptions, Treasury futures, Eurodollar/SOFR, and repo instruments.
- Offer structured, actionable commentary on algorithmic strategies and decision rationale.
- Identify market scenarios where AI recommendations diverge from actual trading desk practices.
- Suggest improvements to increase the accuracy and sophistication of AI-generated trading logic.
- Engage in written and verbal discussions to clarify reasoning and facilitate the AI training process.
- Contribute flexibly to project milestones in a remote setting.
